How to claim your warranty with Falconfire?

In order to claim your warranty, here are some steps for you to follow.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

The one year warranty covers the pressure gauge of the fire extinguisher and begins from the date of purchase. This guarantee only applies to normal conditions of use and service, and does not include damage resulting from accident, neglect, misuse, unauthorised dismantling, or contamination howsoever caused. This guarantee excludes incidental and consequential damage. The safety seals must be intact at the point of return. The extinguishers must be in original condition. We do not accept returns of extinguishers that have been ‘tried & tested’ by the users.

SMOKE/HEAT ALARM

FALCON guarantees this Alarm for five years from date of purchase against any defects that are due to faulty materials or workmanship. This guarantee only applies to normal conditions of use and service, and does not include damage resulting from accident, neglect, misuse, unauthorised dismantling, or contamination howsoever caused. This guarantee excludes incidental and consequential damage. If this Alarm should become defective within the guarantee period, it must be returned to FALCON, with proof of purchase, carefully packaged, with the problem clearly stated (see Section 9). We shall at our discretion repair or replace the faulty Alarm. Do not interfere with the Alarm or attempt to tamper with it. This will invalidate the guarantee, but more importantly may expose the user to fire hazards.

 

We recommend you to come to our office personally for an exchange.  Kindly make an appointment prior the visit to our office @ 14 Woodlands Walk Singapore 738394.

Customers will have to bear all warranty/returns shipping fees. We will not bear any responsibility if the item is missing if it is en route to us/you.
